Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
DEC 2022. Upon trying to use the code it wouldn't work. I chatted with customer service I was told it was a venus typo error and it would be honored and to place my order and go back into chat after my order, give them my order number and it would be adjusted. I used a 10% code I had so I just needed the 20%.
Chatted, stated couldn't help me and to call a number. Call the number, wrong number!!!! Looked up correct number, called and was told "we cannot do that, I have to cancel the entire order and start again to use my 30% off". I said fine, lets cancel and restart over the phone.
Then I'm told no bc the order was printed (i literally placed the order 3 minutes ago and was told to call in right after to have this adjusted). I confirmed several times with an agent that this is what i had to do. Then the story changed, again I was told no, and to call to get this fixed once it shipped!! This is like after 5 chats and 4 phone calls to your company about this.
So then I called after shipping and was told again "NO" that I would have to call once the order arrives now to get the extra 20% off!!! I had to call again!!! Called once it arrived and still a problem. After a million calls and chats, not one person helped me with this.
Venus made an error, I was told it would be honored, and then no???? I've bought thousands of dollars in venus clothing and I will no longer be shopping with your company due to the unprofessionalism and inability to solve a simple issue. The rudeness exemplified when i finally got a customer service Supervisor that I finally had to ask for on the phone was giving me the run around. Finally I was so upset and frustrated that my husband who the credit card is under got on the phone.
He asked this supervisor to just simply credit the 20% I was owed to my credit card. He agreed and as soon as he said that he would do this he literally hung up on myself and my husband. Not to my surprise he never did the credit. And he hung up on us.
Worst experience ever! I will no longer be shopping with venus. I will go with a company that has customer service that works, is not rude, does what it says.
So awful. Zero zero zero!!!!

So let me ask you all this, as consumers and human beings who works hard for their money, would you pay $300+ for something you returned and got verbal confirmation from Venus that they did in fact receive my returned order but said it takes 3 weeks to process the return and when you tell them it's been 7 weeks and then they tell you "due to covid" there is a delay in processing then they constantly harass you for a payment.... payment for what ?
I returned everything so I don't owe anything and why am I getting charged interest? I'm told until the return is processed I still have to pay and that once it's processed I'll recieve credit for my payment. So so like an idiot I made a $41 payment... it has now been I believe almost 6 months and they still have not processed my return and keep charging interest so I demanded they close the account.
I gave up even speaking to them because they apparently do not know what they are doing, they totally 100% screwd up and screwed me over and now are screwing up my credit and no body will listen to me .... now back to my question, you as a human being ... how would you handle this ? Would you pay now over $300 for items you didn't keep?
I'm a single mother of 6 barely making it paycheck to paycheck I don't have money to throw around and hope that someday they will get thier crap together and process the return and refund my money . I can't take that gamble ... so what am I supposed to do?? I have spoken to at least 7 different reps with Venus I've sent emails to their "corporate" offices.
No one responds and when you talk to them it's like they don't comprehend anything I say they just all read thier scripts and keep saying it takes 3 weeks to process a return ... I screamed at the last one I was so beyond frustrated...
what do they not understand when you say it's been 6 MONTHS !!! I don't know what to do at this point, they are screwing up my credit and I do not have 1 item of theirs , oh and they took my online account access away so now I can't even retrieve the message when they confirmed that they did recieve my return
And I do not even know my full acct # because I never recieved my card which I told them several times but they never addressed the issue, I have never received one piece of mail from venus

Horrible customer service had two things break in my order and they will not give me the proper amount of money back i cannot buy comparable dresses for the amount of 25.00, I bought my orginal items with E certificates and they said I cannot get a refund there items are of extremely poor quality and it ruined my holiday season. I have had just about enough and venus both refuses to give me my money back as well as give me anything complementary besides a 25 dollar certificate that doesn't even cover an comparable item...
i also had friends who their items broke within the first wear that I had to personally pay back and I was considered a thief for using their e certificates but they did not want anything from venus that's how awful this place is stay away... Horrible customer service horrible company - Do not buy from here I had Order #5507**** and venus to me owes me at least 40 dollars plus compensation for my time.
I would give zero stars if allowed... Enless Venus would do something grand to change my mind they lost a customer today.

I ordered 2 shirts and frim Canada so it wsx the price plus shipping and duty so they were not cheap. I can't return as it wouldmt benefit me paying shipping agaim so I can't return but I'll be donating to the shelter these 2 shirts. They don't look near as nice and I domg know how ppl have these reviews of great clothing I've never been so disappointed Thank yiu
